The Web, Publications and Design team is responsible for:
College Communications
The team manages the information delivered by Intranet and MOTD, newsletters, global announcements and online consultations.
Marketing materials
We provide a professional copywriting, proofing and production service for Royal Holloway’s printed publications, promoting brand-friendly messages and brand-consistent design. We are responsible for producing the College's Undergraduate and Postgraduate Prospectuses, Higher magazine, departmental brochures, promotional literature, display material and advertising.

We co-ordinate College web developments, ensure consistent web branding, and promote appropriate access, maintenance and improvements to online functionality (in conjunction with web team members in IT Services).
